| Duties of the Standing Committees |
| 1. |
Develop and define the role, function and responsibility of the committee and submit to the Board for approval at least bi-annually. |
| 2. |
Define the qualifications for membership in the committee |
| 3. |
Meet no less than annually. |
| 4. |
Render an annual report to the membership and the Board about the committee's
accomplishments and achievements for the year. |
| 5. |
Make recommendations to the Board about the committee's goals and objectives for the next year. |
